Law student and dancer, can give tutorials for humanities and law from school to college

I know Harshita for nearly two years now. Before I started training with her, I hated working out and always thought weights and strength training is not for me.
I had trouble with consistency and having her constantly be pushing me to workout and keeping me accountable and motivating me helped a lot!!
My goals were to lose weight and to gain upper body and core strength, generally lead a more healthy lifestyle and to be able to do so consistently
I have significantly improved upper body strength, was unable to do push-ups before, even core strength has improved, I mostly enjoy my workouts as she is such a positive person and I have managed to shed weight and be more or less consistent. I 100% recommend Harshita.
