Varying of Lesson Fee

Prices may vary depending on your level, the subject area of law, whether group sessions or the degree of work required — for example, lessons on homework or assignment compared to preparing you for your exams.

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation policy is in place to ensure that you have a reasonable degree of flexibility, but I am also protected against last-minute change-of-plans.

I may cancel a booking at any time before a lesson taking place. To do so, I will inform you directly via the website or over the phone and cancel the booking on the site. If I cancel the booking, please know it will be for reasons beyond my control and will do everything possible to give you ample notice. In the event of such cancellations, you will not be charged any lesson fee or, if you have paid the lesson fee, you will receive a full refund.

You can cancel any time up to 3 hours before the lesson start time for free, but any lessons cancelled within 3 hours of the start time can be charged at 50% of the total lesson fee after.

Any lesson that is either cancelled after the start time of the lesson or where you never informed me that a lesson could not occur will be charged at full price. However, I will wait for you for at least 15 minutes at the location of the lesson and attempt to contact you via phone.

Lessons can be rescheduled following the above.
