About Catherine
Hello, my name is Catherine and I graduated with a Law degree at the University of Warwick.
What I love about law is that it allows me to show off my essay writing skills, skills which I had also developed from taking essay based subjects at A levels and GCSE’s. I enjoy such subjects and achieved an A*/A in English Literature and Language, as well as all A's in A level English, History and Economics. Law requires you to think critically and apply such knowledge to either a problem, argument or a query; I believe that over time I have mastered how to create clear structured arguments effectively which is crucial when taking any essay based subject.
My passion stems from my own experience; my essay writing was not always at the standard it is at now, it took working smart and intense knowledge on the subject. These are skills that I am excited to pass on and make anyone's A level and GCSE experience easier and more effective.

Literature Books I cover at GCSE and A level (Macbeth, Inspector Calls, Of Mice and Men, The Tempest, Dr Faustus).
English Language GCSE level and creative writing and Poetry analysis.
My sessions will include the following;
· Going through all the English Literature/Language topics that you may be unsure about (if there is anything specific you want to give more time to, do let me know before the session).
· Content based sessions (crucial) as well as exam technique sessions.
· Creating essay plans with my help, from which you can do independently and I can mark; this is a great way to keep track of your progress.
· There is also an option of creating revision plans together, this will be based on your exam specification to make sure all crucial topics are covered leaving you comfortable for your exam.
· Sessions will be at any pace that best suits you.
