I am a student in Edinburgh in my first year of study, with over 10 years of language learning behind me and a couple of years of informal tutoring. I studied both french and Spanish for a level and received an A grade in both.

For languages I believe that conversation is the way forward when it comes to teaching and learning. It is important to make students feel relaxed as often the idea of speaking different languages can be very daunting! So for me a relaxed, conversational atmosphere works best.
