About Youssef

I am a designer of gardens and parks and also a landscape architect (masters degree in agricultural sciences from the agronomic faculty Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech). I worked as a landscape architect in an environmental design office. I worked as a garden and park designer in a design studio. I am currently an environmental and green spaces advisor in a cabinet at the City of Brussels.

About the lesson

My working method is to give the student the necessary toolbox to start in the design and conception process, then to provoke him/her and to encourage him to express his artistic idea and his creativity in general. Finally, guide him/her towards the realization on paper taking into account the technical constraints. I will urge you to go beyond your limit of creativity, because the ideas that change the world are those that are not ordinary and "normal" but rather those that you find bizarre and difficult to digest at first. I consider myself sensitive to the environment and ecology. Having a masters degree in agricultural sciences (Landscape Architect) from Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, degree from the University of British Columbia in eco-design and gardens and parks designer DBTG (Degree By The Government) , we will develop together the concepts in line with the principles of sustainable development, the resilience and ecological transition.
