About Joshua
I am a qualified teacher who is an experienced Head of Department in a secondary school and I teach Maths at KS3 and GCSE, Computer Science, ICT and Programming to students in Year 7 through to A-level.
I have tutored in these subjects since 2014 and my students have all attained at least their target grade or higher after their time with me. The attainment of the students in my classes are always 15-20% higher than the national average with the highest being 90% of students achieving or surpassing their target grade in Computer Science. I am experienced in working with students with SEND, ADD, ADHD and Gifted and Talented.
My passion for teaching is evident; I am constantly looking for innovative ways of teaching students and have recently gained many viewers on my YouTube channel which talks through exam-style questions and techniques.
Along with innovative teaching, i am an examiner for multiple exam boards so have a perfect understanding of what is required to get your son/daughter the best possible grades.
