About Katie
I am a dedicated tutor and I strive to get the best out of my students, because they deserve to succeed. Success isn't measured in grades, but by the feeling a student gets when they accomplish something new. No matter how big or small. As a tutor, seeing confidence build in my students makes all the difference.

I believe that every child learns in their own unique way and I aim to do my best for every one of my students to achieve their best.
My lessons typically last for an hour, but I realise that this depends on the individual student. I assess as I teach and continuously adapt my lessons to the individual.
I am qualified in Primary education and have a personal interest in SEN/SEMH and Autism. I also have experience of home educating two of my three children who have additional needs.
Most recently I have been tutoring young people who are unable to access education at school. I am available between the hours of 10am-2pm and 5-8pm. I also have weekend availability.
