About
I’m a Korean-American tutor with 15 years of experience helping adults build clear, confident communication skills in both Korean and English. My background includes work in higher education and global business environments such as Yale University, Bloomberg, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, which helps me understand the communication needs of professionals at all levels. I have lived and worked in Korea, the United States (including New York and Los Angeles), Europe, Singapore, and the broader Asia-Pacific region, giving me a global perspective that I bring into my lessons.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy cooking, cycling, and playing digital piano.
My approach is structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s goals, creating a learning experience that feels organized, encouraging, and genuinely useful for both everyday and professional situations.
