About Karina

Hi, I'm Karina! For over 12 years, I've had the joy of walking alongside children as they learn, grow and discover their own capabilities.

I design lessons that are structured, yet flexible, engaging, hands-on, and tailored to how each child learns best.

My approach to teaching always begins with connection. I believe children do their best learning when they feel safe, seen, and valued.

In my sessions, kids are encouraged to take risks, ask questions freely, and build confidence one small win at a time.

I specialize in creating an inclusive learning environment that caters to the unique needs of every child.

Emotional Intelligence + Academic Rigor — Growth happens when children feel both challenged and supported.

Interdisciplinary Learning - Connecting subjects like math and literacy through creative, real-world applications.

Tactile Engagement — Visual tools turn abstract ideas into things that children can see and understand.

My goal goes beyond academics. I want every child to feel capable, proud of their progress, and genuinely excited to learn.

Whether we’re bridging grade-level gaps or strengthening core skills, I keep emotional connection at the core. It’s the foundation for effective learning.

About the lesson

At Knowledge with Kindness Tutoring, we provide personalized 1:1 (individual) Numeracy sessions for students, from Pre-school to Grade 6.

My goal is to provide clear explanations and supportive sessions so that the student's progress always feels attainable with genuine care and zero pressure. We help every child build confidence and reach their potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.
