Kinesiology represents the intricate examination of human body movement, constituting a fundamental yet multifaceted concept within the domain of scientific inquiry. While its complexity may initially appear daunting, it undoubtedly elicits awe as it unveils the remarkable intricacies of the human physique and the profound mechanisms that sustain our existence. With over a decade dedicated to the study and practical application of this discipline, encompassing a multitude of sports-related injuries and comprehensive clinical internships as both an athletic trainer and coach, I have come to realize that a comprehensive comprehension of this field demands a unique approach. Learning in this realm necessitates a departure from conventional methodologies, urging us to think creatively and visualize the functioning of the human body in a manner that transcends traditional boundaries. Recognizing that no single pedagogical approach is universally applicable, the mastery of these intricate concepts involves perceiving the material as an intricate puzzle, each piece meticulously interlocking to form a coherent and captivating image, thereby bestowing an unparalleled sense of elegance and fascination. "Ah the sweet smell of science" a famous champion once said, you may not find it funny but I find it humerus. While the road is daunting I assure you it is easy to grasp once you put your mind to it.

About the lesson

My teaching methods stem from understanding the basic solid foundations of anatomical structures and functions and utilizing these foundations to paint a picture of what is expected to be understood and grasped.
My technique is unique in that I adapt my lesson plan throughout sessions that fit the needs of the student's learning habits. This is done to avoid regurgitation of large concepts and rather make lessons fun and understanding to ensure quality material is being memorized and understood.
These lessons are for students varying from 9th through 12th grade with classes emphasizing anatomy, physiology, chemistry, biology, and medical-related fields. (Note: these lessons can also adhere to college level course learning material.)
