About Gargi

As a dedicated Kathak and Folk dance teacher, I bring years of experience as both a performer and mentor. Having been a state-level winner myself, I understand the discipline and creativity that dance demands. My students have proudly earned recognition at zonal and state levels, reflecting the effectiveness of my teaching methods. Each class begins with warm-ups and rhythm exercises, followed by graceful movements, expressions, and choreography practice. I create a supportive environment where learning feels joyful and progress comes naturally. Along with classical and folk styles, I specialize in wedding choreography, helping people express emotion and celebration through graceful, easy-to-learn performances. My goal is to inspire confidence, nurture talent, and help every student experience the true beauty of dance. — Gargi

About the lesson

As a teacher, I focus on making dance both graceful and easy to learn. My classes begin with warm-ups and basic footwork, followed by technique building, expressions, and choreography practice. I teach Kathak and Folk with a deep emphasis on rhythm, storytelling, and cultural connection. Along with classical and folk styles, I also choreograph wedding performances that help people celebrate with elegance and joy. My teaching methods are interactive and adaptive—I make sure each student learns at their own pace while enjoying every session. My classes are open to school and college students as well as adults. Many of my students have proudly won zonal and state-level competitions, which inspires me to keep sharing my art with passion.
