About Jagritee
As a certified Black Belt Karate practitioner with over a decade of experience in Shito-ryu semi-contact karate, I provide comprehensive instruction in karate techniques. My training programs cater to diverse needs, encompassing self-defense, fitness enhancement, strength training, and weight management goals.

This beginner-level course, designed for students with limited prior experience, will span approximately three to four months.
