About Bianca
Hi there! I'm Bianca, a recent graduate from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU), and I'm passionate about making studying as frustration-free and enjoyable as possible. I graduated with an A average, excelling in General Chemistry (I & II), Introductory Biology (I & II), Organic Chemistry (I & II), and their lab sections. Throughout college, I worked as both a Peer Led Team Learning Instructor and a peer tutor, so I'm comfortable working one-on-one or in groups, always ensuring that my students stay engaged and make the most of our time together.

My tutoring style is integrative and holistic, where we focus not only on the content but also on how to approach problems—whether on homework, quizzes, or exams. This method helps students avoid getting overwhelmed by background information and builds their confidence to tackle practice problems independently.
I’m currently taking a gap year before starting medical school. Having taken the MCAT twice, I scored a 515 and then a 520. I’ve been actively tutoring all MCAT subjects and have worked with many re-testers, students with ADHD, ADD, and executive dysfunction. Over 90% of my students have reached their score goals, and I’m confident that I can help you reach yours, whether you're preparing over 6 months or 6 weeks. I’m always open to adjusting my approach to suit your unique learning style.
In addition, I’ve been an MCAT tutor for Kaplan, where I received full training. This experience has given me deep insight into their model—what works and what doesn’t—and I bring that knowledge to my students to ensure we use the most effective strategies for success.
I’m familiar with almost all major MCAT prep materials (UWorld, Kaplan, Princeton Review, AAMC, etc.) and can offer guidance on which resources will provide the best value for your time and money. Additionally, I have experience helping with ACT/SAT prep, college applications, and college counseling, so I can support you through every step of the application process.
For my college-level students, I tailor my methods to keep things creative and fun—whether that’s designing detailed study guides, crafting flashcards, or even writing songs or short stories to make challenging concepts more memorable.
