About Nandu
I have experience in most of the sports because I did my graduation from a physical education institute. The sports that I build my expertise in are boxing, taekwondo, Basic MMA, malkhamb, yoga, gymnastics, and in most of the athletic activities like running, long jump, high jump, etc. Therefore, I have an idea about flexibility. It's just for beginners, not for the professionals.
