I want to design lessons on a case-by-case basis, so there is no uniform method. I work by the needs of the individual.
Generally though, theory is first, then problem-solving. Simplification can get you through 80% of a topic, the nuance of it is the other 20%.
Send me the topic/material you want help with and (if applicable) explain what you need help with. I will look at it, deconstruct it into it's fundamental components, and (re)introduce you to the content. Then, we can dive into solving problems.

Details
Charging $12/hr for now due to minimal tutoring experience. In the event of a rate increase, current students will be grandfathered into the rate I took them on with initially.
I'm not charging a travel fee, but depending on the distance/location I may only accept sessions of 2+ to justify the trip.
