23,Nursing officer in emergency and trauma department, I hold a degree in B.Sc Nursing,Currently residing in New Delhi,have seen and delt with mental and physical trauma in personal as well as patient form. Would love to help others however I can :)

I have referred several self-help books,went to therapy myself,delt with patients with mental as well as physical trauma. I use logotherapy as my methodology wherein, we will be facing the fears,living in the reality addressing problems rather than ingnoring the vital points and gradually tackling with each point while we travel through little talks and occupational therapies.
