About Roxanne
I understand the importance of professionalism, reliability, and trust when working with students, and I take those responsibilities very seriously. I have developed strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills through both my coursework and collaborative research experience. In addition, my experience working with children has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to create supportive environments where students feel comfortable learning and asking questions. I am committed to maintaining a respectful, encouraging, and structured atmosphere that helps students build both confidence and academic skills. I know what it takes to remain in good academic standing under the weight of expectations and how to intrinsically reach goals without crumbling under stress.
