About Lucas
I am a junior student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Creative Writing. Writing has always been a significant part of life as it's not only been a skill of mine, but also a passion and pastime. I write stories whenever given the chance, and prefer to find work in this field, whether it's acting as a writing mentor, or helping others as a tutor.

-I prefer to teach by example, helping students with papers or essays they already have to work on.
-Lesson plans will include noticing where certain papers may be lacking and working to teach essential skills to ensure mistakes are not repeated, but learned from instead.
-I find that concrete lesson plans are half as effective as actual application of skills, and this is reflected in how I teach, focusing immediately on what needs improvement.
-Lessons are for anybody whether in primary school, university, or graduates as I have experience teaching all, be them acting students, or returning students who may have been away from writing for extended periods of time.
