James is really great at teaching the French language, its culture, history and providing facts about French and the Francophone world which have made his teaching style enjoyable.

I’ve always struggled with language-learning, and I was hesitant as an adult learner to give it one more shot. I met with James once, and I was so surprised at how intuitive he makes the learning process. He is kind, patient and courteous with his feedback. He gives numerous outside resources to practice and become more attuned to the language. It has truly been a privilege and fun!
