I am an engineering graduate working in Vee Technology and now preparing for competitive exams and teaching yoga to maximum people in terms of spreading the importance and helpful needs through yoga. Hello all , basically classes would be taken at both morning and evening only through online mode meeting. Class would be held in alternate days basically 1hr. The 1hr would be divided into multiple segments and taught accordingly p
