About Lydia

My teaching methodology focuses on practical, real-life examples and case studies to make learning more relatable and engaging. I believe in accountability, where students are encouraged to track their progress and take ownership of their learning journey. Compassion and flexibility are key to my approach, ensuring that every student feels supported and comfortable. In addition to guitar, I can teach relevant subjects such as music theory, composition, and ear training, always adapting to each student’s needs.

I teach various styles, including jazz, blues, rock, and acoustic, with a focus on songs, improvisation, composition, and ear training.
