My teaching method is very simple. I crack the topic down into smaller units and then try to relate the concept with a real world example. I believe that better example can ease in understanding of a concept. I believe in Hands-on experience i.e. practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. At the time of showing a demo for a concept, i deliberately make mistakes in order to show the rights and wrongs while coding and maintaining a certain set of best practices for coding in Java 8.
