Hello everyone,
I've been teaching how to cook to my friends since the beginning of lock down an I found it amazing.
What I usually do is to ask them what kind of things they want to learn (eg Italia, vegetarian, spicy..) and then show how to do that throw many different dishes.
Every time we are going to cook together I am going to teach things that also apply to other dishes so that my students can achieve enough independence to manage ingredients and make a new dish using their knowledge.
