About Francesco

I hold a degree in Sociology and specialized in effective learning methods based on cultural backgrounds. I also have over three years of experience in project management for educational programs, which enriches my teaching with both practical insights and strong organizational skills. What do I do when I’m not working? Most of the time, I go climbing in Porto. Other than that, I love retreating into nature—reading a book or simply taking a walk. I also volunteer at a dog shelter once a week and, of course, I love spending time with my friends :)

About the lesson

Hello! I’m Francesco, a native Italian speaker and passionate language tutor currently living in Portugal.

I have direct teaching experience in the field and I work with students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
For students interested in advanced topics or with a special focus on Southern Italy, I create tailored learning plans to meet specific goals.

My teaching method is based on learning by doing, combining solid theoretical foundations with my personal experience of learning foreign languages. In addition to Italian, I also speak English and Portuguese :)

I adapt each lesson by creating an ideal-typical scenario where our interaction takes place, making the learning process dynamic and relevant to real-life contexts through situated and contextual learning approaches.

My classes usually last one hour, but I’m happy to find alternative arrangements if needed.
