About Jarone

I am the founder and lead practitioner of Stagepoint Studio, and an Italia Conti–trained actor with professional experience across theatre, education, and corporate people development. My work bridges high-level acting training with real-world personal and professional growth.

I deliver fully bespoke development plans tailored to each individual, whether working with children, young people, or adults. Drawing on my background as a professional actor and my experience developing people in corporate environments, I use acting training as a practical tool to build confidence, communication, creativity, and self-belief, skills that extend far beyond the stage.

My sessions are purposefully play-based, highly engaging, and designed to maximise learning and retention while maintaining high professional standards. I work closely with parents where appropriate, maintaining open communication and collaborating to support each learner’s development.

Whether preparing for auditions, LAMDA exams, drama school entry, or personal growth, my focus is always the same: developing capable, confident people — not just performers.

About the lesson

My lessons are built around fully bespoke development plans, shaped by professional actor training from Italia Conti and my background in corporate people development. This means every session is designed not just to improve performance, but to develop confidence, communication, focus, and presence that transfers into everyday life.

I work with children, young people, and adults at all levels, from those building confidence for the first time to students preparing for drama school entry, auditions, or LAMDA exams. Sessions are practical, engaging, and rooted in purposeful play, helping students learn deeply while enjoying the process.

Alongside technical acting skills, I place strong emphasis on self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. I work collaboratively with students (and parents where appropriate), regularly reviewing progress and adjusting focus to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Whether your goal is performance, training, or personal development, my approach is about building people first, with the stage as a powerful tool, not the end goal.
