I am a solo parent, life-long learner and passionate educator. I believe knowledge is only powerful when it is shared.
I am here on SuperProf to share my knowledge with you to improve your English, support the development of your literacy, spelling and reading ability and ensure your experience of learning is interactive, engaging and fun as well as successful.
I also have a skillset in anatomy & physiology, SPHE and business.

Lessons are online, can be one-to-one or group sessions and are delivered with a self-efficacy approach to learning and knowledge building.
This means, the learner sets the goals and I will facilitate their learning, creating the environment to achieve those goals.
I am a psychology graduate with an interest in neuro and behavioral psychology. I am also a qualified and certified training and development specialist. I am a certified literacy tutor for adults and children.
I teach as a substitute teachee for national school-age children, as well as post-primary and work as a literacy tutor for adults and children.
I am also a holistic health advocate and so use this approach in my classes.
