About Demetrious

Born and raised in California - Demetrious is an experienced finance and business professional with 5+ years of experience in investment banking & management consulting.

Based in New York City - Demetrious started his career in private equity consulting at EY-Parthenon (one of the leading management consulting firms in the world). From EY-Parthenon, he joined the Technology Investment Banking group of Credit Suisse - where he completed 15+ transactions for leading private equity sponsors & corporates spanning software, e-commerce, online marketplaces, media/entertainment and info services.

From Credit Suisse - Demetrious was recruited to J.P. Morgan, where he works in the firm's investment banking division. He also supports various venture capital funds & advises senior executive clients & family offices in his spare time.

To date - Demetrious has executed & advised on over $5bn of transactions (across M&A, debt & equity), serving a diverse range of corporate/private equity clients domestically in the US and internationally across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Additionally on the side - he has always been passionate about professional coaching & mentorship/teaching. Today - he coaches young & motivated students/professionals working to develop their skillsets & land the job of their dreams (usually in business/finance).

Lastly - given his diverse experience living, working and teaching overseas in China (Beijing/Shanghai) - Demetrious also tutors younger students in English and other subjects of interest.

Demetrious received his bachelors from UC San Diego - where he graduated cum laude in International Business and Finance, with minors in East Asian Studies & Mandarin.
