About Vinay
I'm an engineer by profession and a math enthusiast. I love making math simple and intuitive for kids. Been teaching for 4 years now though new on this platform. Glad to see all kids enjoy my classes...even those who hate math. Because we solve puzzles & real problems...math bevomes just a side activity. I encourage kids to find their level - some happy with being given a formula while many actually like framing a problem logically so it can be solved by human or AI.

Why Learn Math When AI Has All the Answers?
Well for most, you have to clear exams. For some it's real passion...maybe even IMO.
Any calculator or AI tool can solve an equation in milliseconds. But AI cannot figure out which question to ask, how to frame a complex real-world problem, or whether an answer actually makes sense.
In the AI era, learning math isn't about doing the calculations that machines already do better—it's about building the high-level critical thinking, reasoning, and logic that make you irreplaceable.
How I Teach Differently
Most tutors train kids to act like human calculators, memorizing steps to pass Friday's quiz. I coach students how to think like system architects and problem solvers.
* Intuition First, Formulas Second: We build visual, physical, and conceptual understanding before touching equations. When you understand why a curve or function behaves the way it does, you don't need to memorize dozens of isolated rules.
* Complementing the Tools: I teach students how to use technology as a lever for their own intelligence, focusing on conceptual mastery, strategy, and deep reasoning—the exact skills tested on AP exams, the SAT, and top university coursework.
* Interactive & Socratic: No passive lectures. We work through multi-step challenges together, turning "I'm bad at math" into genuine, self-driven problem-solving confidence.
