About Sofia

I work as a UX Researcher at a healthcare company. I have been working as a UXer in consulting and enterprises for more than 5 years. I am a Professor of Design in Visual Communication, with experience in didactics and university teaching. I am passionate about researching people's experiences, their needs, goals and frustrations. Co-create and constantly iterate to improve services and products that have a positive social impact (public sector, health, education, ecology). As a Visual Communicator, I have worked in digital and agile environments as a User Experiences Researcher, Interaction Designer and Web designer, which gives me a broad vision of teamwork with other digital professionals and different areas of companies. In this way, my passions: design, Agile work philosophy, education and communication for people and focused on them, are my guide in professional life.

About the lesson

My classes are not given in generic way. I focus on what each one wants to learn, we will prepare the class together, for you! I focus on meeting you and knowing where you come from and where you want to go, to help you on your way to arrive there.
