About Ellis
I have been using technology since I was very young. During my courses in university, I frequently use Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I hope to show others why these programs are useful, and provide an understanding of how to use them to your advantage. I regularly help family and friends with these matters, and now I would like to offer help to others.
Needless to say, I am also willing to explain other aspects of technologie, such as social media (Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Whatsapp, YouTube, etc.) or the use of internet browsers. Any and all questions are more than welcome.

Learning about technology is best done through practice. Creating presentations in Powerpoint, editing text in Word and applying formulas in Excel all become easier and more intuitive with more experience. The start is often difficult, but I am convinced that everyone can learn how to use these programs.
I am a very patient person, and I can easily explain the same thing 10 times if necessary. I truly believe there are no stupid questions as long as they stem from a desire to learn, and that an open learning environment is the key to progress.
