About Shreya

I am a Yoga Trainer and a Psychologist by profession. I have 6 years in teaching Yoga in many countries including Singapore, Jamaica, Canada and Thailand.
I list of clients include famous industrialists and celebrities. Because of these times, I have shifted to teaching online classes.
I am also trained in STOTT Pilates (Mat Intensive) and I also teach Yogalates (Yoga + Pilates)

About the lesson

My Yoga style varies according to a very thorough assessment of your body's capacity (comes from my background in Pilates and experience)

It is carefully graded and I focus on perfecting techniques rather than your forehead touching your knees in the first session (if they already don't).

What you can expect in my sessions:
1. Lots & lots of technique
2. Newness (because your body changes with each class, your brain adapts)
3. Strength and Flexibility work
4. Variations in Suryanamaskars
5. Core Work
6. A lot of Breath work (most important in Yoga)
7. Definately Shavasana!

Shreya’s classes are amazing! I learnt so many things about my body that I had no idea about. My asanas were very off and I had no idea before I started classes with her. Her classes are very personalised and designed for what your body can do. She has helped me after classes too. I message her very often with all sorts of questions and she always makes an extra effort to make sure I’m leading a healthy lifestyle. She has worked hard to help me become mindful too.

Most of all, she is very genuine. You can see that in her classes. I look forward to my classes every time !
