About Princess
I’m a graduate in international relations with French as a major. Studying in a French West African country increased my appreciation for the French language.
At first, it was a bit overwhelming but with time I started getting better at communicating even with the locals - a big win I would say.
Now I would love to transfer this knowledge and adopt a better teaching approach so as not to overwhelm my students but rather make them enjoy it while learning.

I teach French the way I learned it — through real life, not just textbooks.
First I’ll access the student’s level of French knowledge before I begin, this is to enable me know what the student is good at and they need to know. I will use themes per lesson - this helps the student have a better understanding of the topics that will be taught.
I adopt fun, practical and interactive teaching method by using role plays, real life scenarios and simple games.
Encouraging my students by giving them simple homework - nothing overwhelming, is one of the best ways to track their progress and as well as know what they’re struggling with.
I will encourage speaking French during the session so it becomes easier for the students to speak and understand.
