About Ichraq
Hello everyone!
My name is Ichraq, and I am currently studying International Management in London. I am originally from Morocco, but I was born and raised in Italy. I have accomplished my first degree in Modern Languages in France. I am fluent in three languages (English, Italian and French). I, as an educator and a student myself, know that student engagement is the key to learning retention and having a great overall classroom experience. Not all students learn the same way, but all can be encouraged to participate actively to build new knowledge. Creativity is vital to be successful. As students' interests expand and diversify, so do the teaching techniques and styles.
I can’t say that I prefer one method to another. Each method has certain benefits and should be applied in some situations. In one class I may prefer explaining, especially if students struggled with discipline. Then in some other classes, students are more creative, so I may prefer collaborating. I typically try to apply various methods and observe the reaction of the students, measuring both their progress and interest. After a few lessons, I typically know which method works with them, and which does not.
I base my classe on the students' needs, personal interaction and discussion.
