About Dimitris

I am a passionate tutor, committed to making a real difference to the future of pupils’ achievements, by helping them on to higher levels of education! Dimitris has graduated from the University of Oxford Brookes, completing his degree in Computer Science and Mathematics with merits, awarded by accredited institutions and with a prolonged teaching experience in English, Maths, Physics and Computing in China, Greece and UK. Furthermore, assisting in the development, design, review and quality of learning materials, I have obtained the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) certificate, recognised globally by the University of Cambridge. Helped children with special needs in China, USA and UK, and encouraged a diverse group of students to observe, question, discover and engage with their lessons, by making our classes interesting and fun, aligned to their learning pace, for the past 7 years. My students have accomplished being accepted in prestigious universities, such as University of Oxford, St. Andrews, University of Warwick and Imperial College London. I prefer to tutor two-hour sessions for those over 16, and one and a half hour slots, for those younger, as this is what I have learnt from experience tends to be the best. However, I am open to alternatives.
