About Renu
Owing to my husband’s transfer of job from the UK to India, I have now moved to Gurgaon after teaching for 5 years in the UK. Passionate about the pursuit of positive outcomes for all the pupils. Excel in mentoring and training teachers and conducting workshops on various teaching strategies and the art of speaking and listening. Experienced in monitoring student and teacher performance, scheduling workshops including one-to-one training. Engaged with Headteachers and teachers and provide various teaching strategies for improving teaching performance. Mentoring and training children to participate and excel in debate, elocution, public speaking and creative writing.

I build positive, effective relationships with teachers, parents, and students and act as a role model. Teaching is usually through Skype or Zoom, using PPT or google slides, and using an assortment of relevant and easily accessible resources such as digital publications, news sites, and online videos, I always create a supportive learning environment where children have the opportunity to discuss and get constructive feedback. I am very mindful of providing students with a very clear set of expectations before they commence their studies. By giving students plenty of opportunities to engage with the content and each other, I ask them to find and discuss resources, grade their own assignments, and hold student-led discussions in the online forums. I not only encouraging students to use the general forum for discussion but also set up small groups within the class so that students can engage in feedback and support with their fellow classmates.
