About Adrian
My background in differentiated instruction guides the way I design lessons. I create learning experiences that are accessible, engaging, and tailored to the needs of all students—whether they require additional support or are ready for greater challenge. I believe that math should be meaningful, so I focus on helping students make real-world connections and see Algebra as something they can use and succeed in.
Building strong relationships is central to my teaching philosophy. I work to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to take risks. My approach blends structure, creativity, and patience to transform Algebra from an intimidating subject into one students can genuinely enjoy.
My goal is to help every student develop academic skills, confidence, and a belief in their own abilities—skills they can carry far beyond the classroom.
