INDUSTRIAL EXPERT MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN with gear wheels instead of neurons. I left the "factory" to teach technical drawing, technology and physics to young high school and university students.

About Simona
I started drawing with my old, dear and beloved Zucor drawing board since the age of 15 and I never stopped (I passed the -anta).
After graduation (mechanical expert) I started my university career, but that table ... a very strong appeal! Moral? At the age of 24 I was in charge of the technical department of a metalworking company. Over the years (for me they were the legendary 90s) table, squares and nibs have given way to CAD: a revolution, of course, especially as regards the speed of graphics processing.
I entered the factory and I designed everything: industrial plants, machines for fluids, electrolysers, skids, furniture, systems ...
For work I started, some time ago, to train new hires and for about 5 years I have dedicated myself exclusively to this: training and teaching; after all, there is no one without the other!

My teaching method? Case Study and Problem Solving: ACTING TO LEARN!
But it is not learned through mere doing, the simple activity not accompanied by thought, by reflection, it does not take us very far, it is necessary to reflect, think, acquire awareness of actions. If I do and if I think, I understand and remember.
Yet it is still not enough: I cannot do and think without loving what I do and think.
So here is the real "formula" of my teaching method: LEARN BY ACTING, THINKING and LOVING!
Even the matter that afflicts and stresses you so much, if faced in the right way, can turn out to be less difficult, if not pleasant, more than you think today!
For me it is more than a mission: it is a challenge!
