As a tutor, I choose to employ a method depending upon the need of the student. Learning should be a process that engages students into doing it and not something that is a task for them.
The usual structure of my class includes introduction followed by trying to know how much the students already know about the subject and then taking things in respective direction. Continuous assessments is something I always abide by since they not only ensure the teacher about their students understanding but also boosts the students' confidence.
The classes are intended for school children as well as individuals of any age who wish to learn the subjects from beginner to intermediate level.
