About Japji
I am an incoming undergraduate student at the London School of Economics. I achieved 11 grade 9s at GCSE and am predicted 3 A stars in Maths, Economics and Philosophy at A level. Having recently completed my A levels, I understand the challenges students face and what it takes to achieve top grades. I want to teach because I enjoy helping others build confidence and develop a genuine understanding of Economics. My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, improving their essay-writing skills and reaching their full potential.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether you're looking to improve your understanding of economic theory, strengthen your exam technique or achieve top grades. As an incoming LSE PPE student and having taken Economics at A-level, I understand the skills needed to succeed in this subject. I break down complex topics into clear, manageable explanations before applying them to exam-style questions and essays. I place strong emphasis on developing analysis, evaluation and effective essay structure, ensuring students feel confident tackling any exam question. Lessons are typically one hour long and taught online in a friendly, supportive, and engaging environment for A-level Economics students.
Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the tutor.
I was tutored by Japji for Maths, and she was always patient, supportive, and explained difficult topics in a way that was easy to understand. She adapted her teaching to my pace and made me feel much more confident in my abilities. Thanks to her guidance, I improved both my understanding and my confidence in Maths. I would highly recommend Japji to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and encouraging tutor.
