About Elodie
I am undergraduate student at UC Berkeley. French is my native language but I also speak English fluently. I have some experience tutoring student from as young as 4 years old and I would love to help you improve as well. I accommodate to the student depending on their needs. I don't ever want to make learning a new language boring so I try to incorporate visual aids and games and different ways to learn. I don't believe there is one single way to learn so let's find the best way for you to improve your French!

I start by seeing the students level. Some may need more help with vocabulary or grammar or pronunciation. Based on their needs I have different ways of approaching every student. I don't ever want them to be sitting at a desk bored learning 100 random vocabulary words. Instead I make sure to have activities and dialogues and find ways to mix French with things and hobbies they enjoy in everyday life. This makes it easier for us to practice their French together. Every student has different goals, from wanting to read French literature to planning a trip to France, depending on their goals I will change my lesson plans.
