About Walter
Hello! My name is Walter, and I am a friendly, patient, and approachable conversational English tutor. I have a diverse professional background in policing, counselling, chaplaincy, healthcare, and airline cabin crew training. These experiences have given me strong communication, active listening, interpersonal, mentoring, and people-management skills. I have worked with people from different backgrounds and understand the importance of patience, respect, empathy, and clear communication. I enjoy helping people express themselves confidently and communicate naturally. I am interested in teaching English because I enjoy meeting people, sharing knowledge, encouraging others, and helping them overcome the fear of speaking. In my lessons, we can work on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence construction, speaking confidence, and practical English for everyday situations. I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can practise freely, make mistakes, learn from them, and steadily become a more confident English speaker.
