After my own experiences with tutorials, I have found that constantly engaging the student is the best way for them to learn. As such my tutorials will involve detailed lessons on topics, however would be primarily driven by discussions around problems and having the student meaningfully engage with the topic at hand. I am a current engineering student at Imperial, after achieving A*A*A*A at A-level in Maths, Physics, Economics and Further Mathematics. Furthermore I am very familiar with the GCSE syllabus, achieving nine 9s and two A*s in year 11. These lessons are suitable for year 9-12 and each lesson would be an hour long. Be assured that I have had experience as a volunteer tutor for younger students in GCSE, totalling more than 20 hours.
