About Haider

As a dedicated tutor with over 5 years of experience, I specialise in helping GCSE and A-Level students excel in Science and Mathematics. Currently pursuing an MEng in Aeronautics at Imperial College London, I bring strong academic skills and a passion for teaching to my sessions. My tutoring approach is tailored to each student’s unique needs, focusing on building a solid understanding of key concepts and boosting confidence in problem-solving.

Having achieved A*A*A*A*A* at A-Level in Mathematics, Physics, Further Mathematics, Computer Science and Bengali, I use my expertise to simplify complex topics and make learning engaging. About the lesson

As a tutor, I believe it's important to start each lesson by assessing the student's needs and learning style. This involves understanding their strengths and weaknesses, learning preferences, and goals.

By gathering this information, I can tailor the lesson to the student's individual needs and ensure that they get the most out of our time together. To make sure the student is aware of what they will be learning, I set clear objectives for each lesson. This helps them focus on the topic and understand what they should achieve by the end of the lesson.

I also use a variety of teaching methods to keep the student engaged, including visual aids, interactive activities, and real-life examples. Encouraging the student to ask questions and participate in the lesson is also important to ensure that they understand the material and feel comfortable with me as their tutor.

Providing feedback and monitoring the student's progress is essential to ensure that they are making progress and to identify areas where they may need additional support. If necessary, I adapt the lesson to the student's needs and adjust the teaching style to ensure they are getting the most out of the lesson.
