Hello, I'm Michele Reina, a seasoned figure in the bar and hospitality industry. With a passion for spirits, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to industry and consumers.
Throughout my career, I've dived into the intricate histories and chemistry of spirits production, becoming an expert through research, experimentation, and a few well-earned mistakes. From establishing my first drinks laboratory and foraging rare botanicals, I've crafted over 100 experimental cocktail bitters and liqueurs using traditional techniques blended with modern technology.
