About Shahil

I am a second-year undergraduate at IIT Kharagpur and want to share my knowledge with a larger audience. It's always preferred to have a great base for the overall improvement of the concept. I will be guiding you on how to become an expert in a subject.

About the lesson

The class will mainly go from the basics to the advanced level. A lot of time will be devoted to problem-solving. All the students in the class will focus on first building up the concepts and then their applications. The classes will be made interesting through examples.

Perfect! I've been taking classes with Shahil sir for some time now and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional teacher. His teaching style is amazing, and he ensures that I understand the concepts thoroughly in the class. He not only explains the subject matter in-depth during class but also sends notes after class, which makes it easy to review and revise the concepts.

One of the things I appreciate about Shahil sir is that he revises concepts from the previous chapters when required, which helps in reinforcing the concepts. He is patient in teaching and has epic problem-solving skills. What makes him stand out is that he provides all proofs which is very helpful in understanding how we came to that particular formula and also makes its application more easier. Shahil sir has a very flexible schedule, and always accommodates my requests for class time.

Overall, I would highly recommend Shahil sir to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and approachable teacher who is passionate about teaching and is committed to helping you excel.

I teach Physics and mathematics on Superprof. My interest in this field developed during my own studies, where I found these subjects fascinating and wanted to share my knowledge with others.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My motivation to teach comes from my desire to help students succeed and understand complex concepts. I believe education is a powerful tool for personal growth and development.
How does your work help society?
Through my work, I help society by nurturing the next generation of thinkers and problem solvers. By teaching Physics and mathematics, I equip students with essential skills for future careers.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
When it comes to role models in teaching, I think of Albert Einstein. His passion and ability to simplify complex concepts inspire me to make learning accessible and enjoyable for my students.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Outside of teaching, my hobbies include reading, playing chess, and exploring new scientific theories.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
I have a memorable anecdote from my teaching experience where one of my students finally grasped a difficult concept after several hours of tutoring. It was a rewarding moment for both of us.
