About Adesh

Hi! I’m Adesh, and I’m a recent graduate of IIT Kharagpur, where I completed a Dual Degree in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture.

I’ve always enjoyed Mathematics, not just solving problems, but understanding the logic behind them and finding different ways to approach them. I also went through the JEE examination process myself, which gave me a strong foundation in Mathematics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

During my master’s degree at IIT Kharagpur, I worked as a Teaching Assistant, where I helped students understand technical and mathematical concepts. This experience made me realize how much I enjoy teaching and, especially, helping someone understand something that initially seemed difficult.

I see myself less as a traditional teacher and more as a senior friend who can guide you through the subject. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and telling me when something doesn’t make sense.

Outside academics, I enjoy exploring challenging problems and learning new things. I believe that learning becomes much more enjoyable when you have someone who understands your difficulties and works through them with you.

If you’re looking for a friendly, patient, and academically strong Mathematics tutor, I’d be happy to meet you and understand what you want to achieve.

About the lesson

My approach is simple: first understand how you think, then help you improve.

I don’t believe in simply explaining a formula and asking you to memorize it. When you get stuck on a problem, I want to understand where and why you got stuck. Sometimes the issue is a missing concept, sometimes it is one step in the solution, and sometimes it is simply the way the problem is being approached. Finding that exact point is the first step toward improving.

I like to teach as a senior friend rather than a strict teacher. You should feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and saying, “I don’t understand this.” There is no judgment in my lessons.
