I will guide you step by step in achieving your fitness goals through a personalized training and nutrition approach. Being an IFBB athlete, I bring real professional experience from the world of bodybuilding and strength training. You will learn: Customized workout plans (home or gym based) Proper exercise techniques to avoid injuries Nutrition guidance for fat loss, muscle gain, or body transformation Motivation and discipline strategies used by professional athletes My classes are interactive and can be conducted in English, Hindi, or Urdu, depending on your preference. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, I will adjust the program according to your level and needs.
