About Michael

Michael is a lecturer, consultant, and an entrepreneur. He holds an MA in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a certified fellow with Cambridge Assessment International Education.

For more than 12 years, he has demonstrated cognitive experience in Academia, Publishing, and Consulting. Specifically, his expertise embraces lecturing, editing/proofreading, business writing, coaching and training, writing assessment, and communication skills.

At present, Michael owns and runs Idea Frontier Fellows, an educational and business consultancy that provides top-notch services in the areas of international exams, business writing, content strategy, and consulting. Before this enterprise, he was a contract lecturer at CITI Polytechnic, Ibadan. He also worked as an associate editor at Bookcraft Publishers. Besides, he had a stint as a freelance consultant for Human Capital Partners, Lagos. Interestingly, he has taught Philosophy, English Language, Sociology, Individual/Organisational Psychology, and Business Communication Skills at various educational and human development establishments.

Michael possesses leadership, innovative, and interpersonal skills. He manifests such potential with his wealth of knowledge in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of efficient strategies that have impacted on many lives in no small measure. His experience has shown the attribute of team work as he has functioned in diverse capacities with astute professionals, helping to maximise individual and organizational goals.

He is an effective communicator and talented speaker. He has indeed coached and trained people from different walks of life, especially doctors, nurses, lawyers, teachers, accountants, bankers, and engineers.
