About IBIZA PERSONAL TRAINERS
I am a Senior Technician in Physical Activity and Sports. I have my own personal training studio in Sant Jordi in addition to teaching classes and trainings in Nirvana de Sant Jordi. I have more than 14 years of experience and have directed different sports centers in Madrid and Ibiza. I have worked teaching electrostimulation, children's swimming, directed activities (Bodypum, balance, Combat, jam, zumba, try, Pilates floor and machines, stretching, reiki, packed and postpartum, abe system) and personal and group training.
