About Lisa
I am a former teacher, as well as a university student services and higher education office manager. My degrees are BS in Teaching Foreign Language-German, MS in Education, and Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I am a lively, detail-oriented instructor who wants you to make suggestions and complain! But not too much. Hopefully, the learning process can be enjoyable and feel good.
